Welcome to Mind Well Therapies, a supportive space for healing and self-discovery. I'm Wanda, a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
With several years experience, I specialise in assisting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, confidence issues, relationship difficulties, fears and phobias. I trained in the pluralistic approach, which means I believe in integrating different therapeutic methods to suit each individual’s needs. Counselling - I work from a Pluralistic approach recognising that no single method works for everyone. Drawing from a range of therapeutic models, I adapt our sessions to suit your unique needs, preferences and goals - because I believe therapy should meet you where you are.
Hypnotherapy - is a gentle, therapeutic approach that helps you access your subconscious mind to create positive change. By guiding you into a relaxed state, I can help you address a range of issues such as stress, anxiety, fears, phobia's, past trauma, low self esteem and lots in between. It is a safe and effective way to explore deep rooted concerns and make lasting improvements in your life, all while you remain fully in control.
Fees & Session Options
Counselling and Hypnotherapy Sessions are £45.00 each, lasting 50 minutes.
Couples £50.00
Sessions are available in-person, in my peaceful garden therapy room, or online for your convenience
Everyone deserves access to support and that is why I offer a limited number of low-cost counselling sessions—please reach out to discuss availability.
